Obituary for Patricia A. "Patsy" Martin
Patricia A. “Patsy” Martin, age 74 of Keshena, began her journey to the Spirit World on Friday, June 11, 2021 in Appleton.
Patsy was born May 25, 1947 in Keshena, the daughter of the late Elmer and Dorothea (Newton) Katchenago. She grew up in Chicago where she worked as a waitress and bartender. She was married to John Martin, who preceded her in death. Patsy enjoyed visiting the casino, and spending time with her precious grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Dana (Amy) Alegria of Keshena, Deena Alegria of Green Bay, and Barbara Alegria of Ohio; her grandchildren, Megan, Tyler, Dean, Hailey, Trevor, Brandon, Brycen, Leslie, Cassandra, Jose, Deena, Patty, Angelo, and Joshua; six great-grandchildren; her sisters, Jeanne (Jake), Barbara (Colin), Roxanne (Joe), Yvonne (Tony), and Denise; her brothers, Elmer (Mae), Keith, and Randall; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her grandson, Evan Alegria; her sisters, Rhonda, Kateri, and Beverly; and her brother, John.
In keeping with Patsy’s wishes, she will be cremated. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery in Keshena. A time to celebrate Patsy's life will follow the graveside service with lunch at the Keshena Pavilion.
